 We shall give you an estimate and a likely timescale for us to complete the work on your vehicle. If you wish to proceed having received our estimate, we will carry out another full review once we’ve seen the vehicle to verify or amend our estimate.   Any exceptions or issues that may arise throughout the project are clearly communicated and any work will not be done without your understanding and approval.
